Forms collect your contact details and what your request is about. The website also records technical connection and usage information, including in the configurator. We use it to reply, route a request to the right person, follow up, improve our products and the website, and protect how it runs. Newsletters are sent only if you ask for them.
Service providers process information on our behalf. A request may be passed to an authorized dealer or service contact so that it can be answered. We do not sell personal information.
The website uses functional cookies and analytics tools, with no advertising or retargeting tags. The Cookies page explains how to manage your preference.
Some of our providers process information outside Québec. We assess the protection it will receive before entrusting it to them, and the exchange is governed by a written agreement.
We keep information only as long as the purposes above require, then destroy or anonymize it. Access is limited to the Campagna staff whose work requires it, and we apply reasonable safeguards.
